Zip Conferencing Updates Conference Call Service Account Interface

Zip Conferencing has introduced a new version of its online Conference Call Service Account  Interface, the Conferencing Hub.


Whitehouse Station, NJ— July 21st, 2009 — Zip Conferencing announced today that it has introduced a new version of its online Conference Call Service Account Interface, the Conferencing Hub.  The interface allows customers to update their account information, add, change and delete moderators and conferences, control the conference call through their PC and access detailed real time reporting on conference call usage.
The interface also provides customers the ability to customize their conference calls without the need to speak to a representative.  Customers have control over many aspects of the conference call including participant entry and exit notifications, music on hold options, post-conference reports and additional security features.
