Did You Know?
You can record your Web Conference and allow access for participants or download the recording that includes the visual and audio portions of the call.
That's right, when you have a web conference you can record the audio portion, the web portion or both. Then when the conference call is over you can have participants dial in watch and listen to your web conference or you can download a copy of the recording. Now when you download a copy of the recording you can replay the web conference using a variety of players you already have on your PC or Mac.

FAQ of the Month
How do I chat with participants in a Web Conference?
It is easy to chat with a participant or all participants during a web conference. If you would like to chat with all participants simply type your message in the chat box and hitting your Enter key or the Send button. If you would like to send a message to a single participant you simply find their name, press the gear button on the right and select the message feature.
