Upgrade to International Conference Calling - The system that operates our International Calling features will be upgraded in the near future. The upgrade will allow you to host international conference calls using the same dial in information you use for US based conference calls. The call quality will also improve as we route calls through new equipment located around the world. If you currently use our International conference call service you will need to change the dial in number you use in the US. Look for additional information in a separate email as we get closer to the transition date.

USF Charge increased to 17.9% - The Universal Service Fund (USF) fee that we collect, like all conference call service companies, changes on a quarterly basis based on guidance from the FCC. The amount charged for the 1st quarter of 2012 will be 17.9% which is up from the 15.3% which was being charged in the fourth quarter 2011. Did You Know?


You can now print a wallet card of your conference call information?

That's right,we have upgraded the email confirmations that you receive when you make a reservation. Included on this email confirmation is a link that allows you to print your conference call information in a format that is the right size to fit in your wallet like a credit card. All you have to do is click on the link, print your information and then cut out your wallet card. To get the new email confirmation simply log into your account, go your profile in the upper right of your home page and then send account details to the moderator. The system will send you the new email confirmation which contains your wallet card size information.

How do I login to my conferencing Hub?

When you signed up for the service you received an email confirmation that contained a dedicated URL for your company, a Client ID and a web password. Simply click on this URL and bookmark it for future reference and then input your client id and password. You will gain access to your account information and can add moderators and conferences as well as see reports and download recordings
