USF Charge increased to 15.3% - The Universal Service Fund (USF) fee that we collect, like all conference call service companies, changes on a quarterly basis based on guidance from the FCC. The amount charged for the fourth quarter of 2011 will be 15.3% which is up from the 14.4% which was being charged in the third quarter 2011. Updates to the Web Conferencing Interface
We are pleased to announce that we are releasing more improvements to the Web Conferencing interface overnight this Friday, October 21st. Here are some of the changes.
- Adobe® PDF Support – Full support for uploading and sharing Adobe PDF files.
- Google Chrome™ Compatibility – Enjoy Web Conferencing within the Google Chrome internet browser.
- International Language Support – Web Conferencing will be available in French and German.
- Enhanced User Interface – Multiple updates in our ongoing effort to simplify your online meetings, including improved meeting tracking, updates to the chat list, and enhanced active talker

Can I record a Web Conferencing session?
With Zip Conferencing, you can record both the audio and web portion of your Web Conferencing session very easily. From within the Web Conferencing interface you simply need to press the Record button on the top of the interface and your session will be recorded. You can then either log in to watch the recording or download a copy for replay later.
