Call Detail Missing on Invoices
An issue with our billing system caused call detail on some customers' invoices to be missing. In some cases the invoice amounts are correct but the detail is missing. In other cases the invoice amount did not include the minutes missing on the detail. Since this issue did not affect all customers we are correcting on a case by case basis and communicating directly with each affected customer. If you have noticed missing detail on your invoice you will be contacted and informed on the implication, if any, to your invoice and billed amount.

Did You Know?
You can conduct an automated Roll Call of participants on your conference call?
That's right. You can set up a conference option that has each participant record their name when they join the conference call and then plays back all the names for the Moderator. So if you have ever wanted to easily know who is on the call without having to ask at the beginning of the meeting then this feature may be just what you have been looking for. Just go into your conference options and select the Record Name for Roll Call option.

FAQ of the Month
How man participants can I have on a conference call?
You can have up to 300 participants on our automated conference calls. If you need more you can schedule an Operator Assisted conference call and we can accommodate hundreds or even thousands on a call if necessary. If you plan on having a large number of participants on an automated call we would suggest you silence the entry tones and put all participants in a listen only mode. These steps will help you eliminate noise from interrupting your meeting.
