Before the Conference Call
- Conference Call Reservations - The teleconferencing system provides either reservationless or scheduled conference calls. The reservationless conference calls are available 24/7 without any need to schedule. You simply tell your participants when you would like to hold your conference call and provide them with the dial in access number and pass code. You can also schedule a conference call if you would like to hold a one time event or if you want to have different pass codes for every conference call for added security. Our conference call service gives you many options.
- Dial In Access - Zip Conferencing's teleconferencing system provides a number of different ways to access the conference call. You can dial in with a US toll free number, a local number or if you have international participants you can provide them with a local number within their country or an international toll free dial in number. You can fit the dial in access to the circumstances you have to fit your need.
- Customized Greeting - The teleconferencing system provides you with the ability to customize a greeting for your conference call. Then the participants will hear your customized greeting when they join the conference call.
During the Conference Call
- Volume Control - The teleconferencing system allows you to control the volume of your voice into the conference call and the volume you can hear from the participants.
- Mute and UnMute - You can use the teleconferencing system to mute and unmute the participants on the conference call.
- Record the Conference Call - The teleconferencing system will record the conference call for you if you like. You can record a portion or the entire conference call and listen to it after the call is over. Or you can provide the dial in information and have participants who missed the call dial into the teleconferencing system and listen to the call.
After the Conference Call
- Post Conference Report - The teleconferencing system will send you a post conference report via email that shows you the detail of the conference call when the call is over. You will see the participants and the connect times as well as the number the participants dialed in from on the report.
- Download Recordings - From the teleconferencing system you can download a recording of the conference call in the form of a file to your computer. Or you can order a CD of the recording to be delivered to you.
- View Usage Reports - You can log into the teleconferencing system and view usage reports that detail your usage for a specified time frame. The reports detail the participants for each of your conference calls during that time frame.
