Did You Know?

You can hold a subconference with participants?

That's right, you can easily conduct a private meeting with certain participants during the conference call by pressing *21 on your telephone keypad during the conference call. This makes it very convenient to address issues with only the participants who need to be involved in the conversation while allowing the other participants to carry on the conversation. This is just one of the many features avaialble to you as Host of the conference call by utilizing the Host Controls.

FAQ of the Month

Do you support International callers on a Conference Call?

Yes. You can have International participants on you conference call one of two ways. First, with every conference call you get a dedicated Toll Free access number and a Local access number. International participants can dial the Local number from anywhere in the world. You will be charged the same rate as if they dialed the Toll Free number, but the participants will incur toll charges from their phone company to access that number just like they were dialing any other number in the United States.

If you do not want your participants to incur any charges then you can use our GlobalMeet International conference call service. With this service the participants can either dial a number local to them in their country or use an International Toll Free number to access the conference. Rates vary by country and your cost may be different as well if you have subscribed to a Monthly Minute Plan.
