USF Charge Increased to 14.1% - The Universal Service Fund (USF) fee that we collect, like all conference call service companies, changes on a quarterly basis based on guidance from the FCC. The amount charged for the first quarter of 2010 will be 14.1% which is up from the 12.3% which was being charged in the fourth quarter 2009. You can read more about the USF by going to the agency site which administrates the fund the Universal Service Administrative Company. www.usac.org
Billing System Update - The new billing system implementation continues to make steady progress. We are still challenged with some of the functionality on the web site, but hope to restore full functionality soon. If you need any information that is not available on the web site simply fill out a Support Contact Form and a representative will be glad to assist you. We appreciate your patience as we continue to refine the new system.

Did You Know?
You can create and download detailed reports of your conference call usage from your Conferencing Hub?
That's right, you can run reports that cover a customized time frame and display all of the conference calls you held during that time. You can drill down to the detail of a single conference call and see detail such as the number of participants, the number they dialed in from and the number of minutes they were on the conference call. You can also download the report into excel and manipulate the data to customize your own report.
You can find more information on the Conferencing Hub reports here.
