The meeting starts immediately and you can then invite your participants from within the call. Because our audio is completely integrated with our web service you can then connect your telephone to the meeting by having the system call out to your phone. That way there are no dial in numbers or codes to remember. The same goes for your participants. When you invite a participant to your meeting they will receive an email with a link. They simply need to click on the link to get into your conference. When they enter they also can have the system dial out to their telephone to get into the meeting.
