Did You Know?
You can conduct an automated roll call to make sure you have all of your participants on your conference call?
When using the Roll Call feature, the participant is prompted to record their name after they enter the passcode when joining the conference call. The name is available to the host for a Roll Call to confirm the participants that are on the call.

A Roll Call cannot be enabled until the HOST has entered the conference call with the Moderator passcode. Therefore, to ensure you get an accurate Roll Call, join the meeting a few minutes early to activate the feature. Participant names are captured in a temporary .wav file, meaning the name is erased as soon as the participant disconnects from the call. A Roll Call must be obtained while the call is in progress and cannot be generated after the meeting.
To enable the roll call feature on your call you can select the option in the conference options section of the reservation in the conferencing Hub.

Can I change the rate plan I am on for the summer?
With Zip Conferencing there are no contracts and you can change the rate plan you are on at any time. If your business is seasonal you can change to a lower plan during your slow months and then go back to a higher plan for the remainder of the year. You can even change to the Pay As You Go option if you like. Just be aware that plan changes take effect the beginning of the next bill cycle. So think ahead and you can tailor your rate to your business easily.
