Recordings are available within 24 hours of the web conference ending. They can be available as soon as 15 minutes after the web conference has ended, but this is not always the case. The amount of time it takes for a recording of your online meeting to be posted depends upon the length of the web conference, the number of applications or presentations shared during the web conference and other factors.
In order to access your web conference recording you simply log into your conferencing hub and click on the Find a Recording link in the left hand navigation window. This link will take you to the conference call recordings page and provide you with the dial in information for the web conference and the link to distribute to your participants. The option to download the web conference recording is also presented. You can also order a CD of your recording and manage the storage of your web conference recording on your conferencing hub. This allows you to extend the amount of time we will retain your recording on your conferencing hub. The standard storage time is 30 days but you can choose to extend the storage time in 30 increments if you wish.
