Your Reservationless conference call is automatically setup when you complete the Zip Conferencing sign up procedures. Just distribute the date and time of your conference call with the Dial-In number and pass code. Call the Dial-In number and then enter your Moderator code followed by the # sign on your telephone keypad.
To sign up for Zip Conferencing to get your reservationless conference call set up in initially you need to complete the sign up process on the web site. The sign up process consists of providing contact information, selecting your rate plan and providing credit card information. Alternately you can fill out a credit application in order to pay by company check. After you complete the sign up process the conference call information is emailed to you and you can immediatley begin using the conference call service.
The email you receive will contain one set of conference call information that includes the toll free dial in number, a local number, a passcode and a Host passcode. Also contained in the email is the information you need to log into your online account where you can add more users and conferences if you like. You can also access usage reports and customize your conference call using conference options like setting the entry and exit tones for the conference call.
If you prefer you also have the option of scheduling each conference call through the conferencing hub interface. That way you will generate a different conference call number for every call. It will also generate a reminder you can import into Outlook with the details of the conference call. If you would like to setup a scheduled conference call you simply need to log into your conferencing hub and click on Schedule under Audio Meeting on the Home page. You will be able to put in the particulars of the conference call and then have an opportunity to invite participants from within the scheduling tool.
