Use the following procedure to include a evaluation form that attendees can complete after the conference has ended. You can also use this advanced option to add evaluation templates and questions. If you are scheduling an audio-only conference or using an always available web conference, this advanced option does not apply.
: Selecting Evaluation Options When Scheduling a Conference
1. In the Advanced Options section of the Schedule a Conference page, click the plus sign next to Evaluation Options to expand the section.
2. To include a evaluation form for attendees to your conference, click the Include the evaluation template selected in the list below option. The page will refresh briefly before providing a list of the registration templates in your content library.
3. Select the Evaluation Template to use from the list. Only one evaluation template can be used per conference.
4. If you select an evaluation template, you can also select the Allow anonymous evaluations option, located above the list of evaluation templates. This option allows attendees to submit an evaluation of the conference without personally identifying themselves through their name and email address. Evaluation reports based on anonymous evaluations available in the Conferencing Hub also will not contain this type of information.
N Warning:
· If your evaluation template contains questions that personally identify submitters, and especially if these questions are required, then anonymity cannot be guaranteed. The Allow anonymous evaluations option applies only to the name and email address that is gathered when a participant enters a live conference.
! Note:
· You can use the Add New Evaluation Template and Add New Evaluation Question links to add evaluation questions or an evaluation template to your conferencing hub's content library at this point. Once added, you will then be able to select this item from the list. These actions are not covered in this procedure. Clicking either link opens a pop-up window containing the relevant section of your content library. After you have added a new question or template, the pop-up window will close and you will be returned to the Schedule a Conference page. 8. If you are done scheduling the conference, you can click the Save button to save and schedule the conference. If you have elected to send email invitations to presenters and attendees automatically, these invitations will begin to be sent at this point. Once saved, the conference will be listed on the Find a Conference page. You may need to search for the conference by date in order to find it. If this is a public conference, it will also be listed on the attendee view of your Conferencing Hub Home page. (By default, the Home page only shows today's conferences, so if the conference was not scheduled for today, it will not appear.)
