The Summary by Web Participant report provides an overview of activity for all participants in Web conferences run from your Conferencing Hub.
N Warning:
· The data shown within the reports in the Conferencing Hub do not necessarily reflect billing data. For billing information and reports, you will need to access the Billing Center, which is available from the My Account page of the web site.
· Audio information from conferences is not available for reports until 24 hours after the conference has ended.
Each participant is listed in the report showing the following information:
· Name
· Email Address
· Number of times they've been Invited to a Web conference
· Number of times they've Registered for a Web conference
· Number of times they've Attended a Web conference
· Number of times they've Evaluated a Web conference
· Number of Recordings they have viewed from the Conferencing Hub
For each participant in the report, you can click on any of the data in the report to see more detailed information about their activity. Clicking participant data in the listing shows the names and start times of the conferences with which the participant interacted, and checkmarks indicate which actions the participant took in each conference.
