The Summary by Moderator report is only available to administrators of the Conferencing Hub. It provides general information for all moderators who have run conferences from the Conferencing Hub.
N Warning:
· The data shown within the reports in the Conferencing Hub do not necessarily reflect billing data. For billing information and reports, you will need to access the Billing Center, which is available from the My Account page of the web site.
· Audio information from conferences is not available for reports until 24 hours after the conference has ended.
An example of the Summary by Moderator report is shown here:
For each moderator in the report, the following summary of their Conferencing Hub activity is shown, grouped by audio and Web conferences they have run:
· Total Number of Conferences
· Total and Average Duration (in minutes) of conferences
· Total and Average Number of Participant Minutes in conferences
· Total and Average Number of Invitees in conferences
· Total and Average Number of Participants in conferences
· Total and Average Number of Registrations for Web conferences
· Total and Average Number of Evaluations for Web conferences
· Total and Average Number of Times Conference Recordings were viewed for Web conferences
At the bottom of the report, the same information is totaled and averaged for all moderators in the Conferencing Hub.
