Moderators on the Conferencing Hub may need to have their account information resent to them, such as when they have lost or forgotten their ClientID or password. This account information can also be carbon copied and blind carbon copied to other email addresses as needed. To access the Moderators page, select Moderators from the Administration menu.
To send account details to a moderator, locate their user account in the moderator listing and click the Send Account Details link in that moderator's Actions column.

The Account Details Notification Options page opens. This page contains a checkbox for sending an email to the moderator, using the email provided in the moderator's account information. There are also carbon copy and blind carbon copy fields that allow to you to enter multiple email addresses if the moderator information needs to be sent to other addresses. Once you have checked the box to send account details, or entered email addresses to send the account details to, click the Send button at the bottom to send the details email.
