To help you find a specific moderator on the Conferencing Hub, search functions are provided at the top of the Moderators page. These can be used to find a specific moderator to edit, or to confirm that a moderator does not already exist when adding a new moderator.
Use the following procedure to search for a moderator.
: Searching for a Conferencing Hub Moderator
1. Navigate to the Moderators page, by selecting Moderators or Moderator Management > Search For Moderators from the Administration menu.
2. Use the Moderator Last Name and Client ID fields to search for the user by their name or by the client ID if it is known. If you are a Hub Group Administrator, there is also a Hub drop-down list to help you in your search.
3. Click the Search button. After the search is performed, the results will be displayed in the moderator list. If the moderator for whom you are searching is not in the list, you may need to alter the search criteria you entered and try again. Additionally, it could be that the moderator, as defined by your search criteria, does not exist within the system.
