You can use your Web Conferencing Always Available rooms at any time, but there may be instances where you want to schedule a meeting and use your Always Available room. All of your previously uploaded content, polls and evaluations will be available if you configured your meeting room to use those options.
Follow the procedure below to schedule a meeting using your Web Conferencing Always Available room:

Sign into your conferencing Hub.

Under the Web and Audio heading in the Meet section, select Schedule.

Select the Always Available room you wish to use. If you do not have a meeting room, click on the Create a Meeting Room link.

Expand the Meeting Information section under Send Meeting Invitations to enter a subject, date, start time and duration for your meeting.

Enter the email addresses of any attendees or presenters by expanding the Invite Attendees or Invite Presenters sections. You must have at least one attendee email address entered.

Click Send to complete scheduling the meeting.
