Audio conference accounts can be managed from several locations on the Conferencing Hub:
-
The Audio Conference Account List page, accessed through the View All link on the Home page.
-
The Audio Conference Account section of the My Profile page.
-
The Audio Conference Account section of the Edit Moderator page, accessible only by hub administrators and hub group administrators.
Currently, moderators can have two types of audio conference accounts: Automated Audio Conferencing and GlobalMeet.
-
Automated Audio Conferencing accounts are standard dial-in accounts that provide a local access number and a toll-free number along with moderator and participant passcodes.
-
GlobalMeet accounts offer the same functionality, but also provide local numbers and international toll-free numbers for international participants.
When you add a moderator account, it is created with a new Automated Audio Conferencing account.
When you copy an existing moderator account in order to create a new one, it is also created with a new Automated Audio Conferencing account. This is true even if the moderator you are copying has multiple accounts or has only a single GlobalMeet audio conference account.
