The Conferencing Hub provides you with date range search tools to help you generate reports on specific periods of time.
Additionally, if you are an administrator and your company has multiple Conferencing Hubs, you will be able to limit your search to a specific Conferencing Hub.
The Summary by Web Participant report has additional search tools provided.
In addition to selecting a Conferencing Hub and specifying a date range to search, you can search for specific names or email addresses within the report, or limiting the report to include or exclude specific types of participant activity:
· Were/Were Not Invited
· Have/Have Not Registered
· Have/Have Not Attended
· Have/Have Not Evaluated
· Have Viewed/Have Not Viewed a Recording
! Note:
· You can only perform one of the above types of searches at any give time: either "Search by Date," "Search by Name or Email," or "Search by Activity." You cannot combine searches of different types. (You can search based on different types of activities using a Search by Activity search type though.)
When viewing a report, if you would like to see it in a screen that shows nothing but the report data, click the Printer Friendly View link above the report table. This opens the report in a new browser window that excludes the Conferencing Hub interface and all of the reporting tools, leaving only the report in a plain, HTML table.
This view also allows you to more easily print the report from your browser.
All reports can be exported from the Conferencing Hub as a file that you can work with from your local machine. These files can be in Microsoft Excel (.XLS) format, or in standard CSV (Comma-separated values) format.
To export a report, navigate to that report and click either the Export to Excel or Export to CSV button located at the top of the report table. When prompted, save the file to your local machine.
J Tip:
· If you will be exporting a lot of reports from the Conferencing Hub, it is recommended that you develop a method for storing these files, as well as a naming convention for the filenames, that will allow you to easily locate and recognize the reports that you've exported.
Some data in reports is shown as a hyperlink. Clicking on these links opens other reports with more detailed information about the data. This act is known as drilling down into reports, and these reports are often referred to as drill-down reports.
J Tip:
· The type of conference (audio, Web, or Web and audio) can determine the drill-down reports that are available to you. For example, audio conferences will not have a drill-down to the evaluations report because evaluations are not completed for audio-only conferences.
· The features of a conference can also determine the drill-down reports that are available to you. For example, if your conference did not require registration, then there will be no drill-down to the registrations report.
