There are a couple of ways to insure that participants are disconnected when you end a conference call. As Moderator you can disconnect all participants at the end of the conference call by pressing *93 which will disconnect all lines. Or you can set your conference calls to disconnect when the Moderator leaves the call. This is in the Conference Options of the conference reservation which you can access through your conferencing Hub. If you need assistance accessing this feature you can find more details in the Knowledgebase or call us at 866-704-2451 press 1 and someone can assist you.

Zip Conferencing provides a number of ways in which you can customize your conference call.  As administrator on the account you have full control over your conference call options such as participant disconnect and also things like whether your participants listen to music or can talk before the moderator joins the conference call.  You can even control whether the tone is played when someone joins your conference call.  You can have a tone, silence or have the participant name play when they join and exit the conference call.  As moderator of the conference call you can also control a number of function like the *93 function described above.  You can also mute all participants, adjust the volume of the conference call or just your line and even record the conference call.  These are called Host Controls and are described in more detail in other areas of the Knowledgebase.
