: Invite Additional Participants to a Conference Using Your Email Client

1.         From the List of Conferences, find the conference to which you would like to invite additional participants.

2.         Click the Invite link located in the Join column. The Invite Additional Participants page opens.

3.         In the Presenters section, a list of the email addresses of presenters already invited to the conference is shown in the Currently Invited field.

! Note:

·           If you have previously invited presenters using Outlook, they will not appear listed in this field.

4.         Below the Additional Presenters Invite field, click the Use Your Email Client icon. A pop-up window opens showing the presenter invitation information.

The message contains all of the conference information needed for the invitee to join the conference as a presenter.

5.          Copy the information from the message into your email invitation from your email client.

6.         Enter the email addresses of the other people you would like to invite to the conference as presenters in the To field, and then click the Send button to send the invitation.

7.         De-select the Send Email Invitation. This option has no affect when you are using Outlook to send the invitations.

8.         In the Attendees section, a list of the email addresses of attendees already invited to the conference is shown in the Currently Invited field.

! Note:

·           If you have previously invited attendees using Outlook, they will not appear listed in this field.

9.         Below the Additional Attendees Invite field, click the Use Your Email Client icon. A pop-up window opens showing the attendee invitation information.

The message contains all of the conference information needed for the invitee to register for or join the conference as an attendee.

10.     Click the Cancel button. Since you have used the "email client" option, there is nothing to save on this page, so you do not need to click the Save button. You are returned to the Conferences page.
