All of the content that you would like available in your Web conference can be managed easily from the Conferencing Hub's Content Library page. The following list shows the type of content you can set up ahead of time for your conference.

· If the above list does not cover the type of content you would like to share, remember that you can use AppShare in the live conference to share any application from your desktop.
! Note:
· When scheduling your conference, you must explicitly select some types of content for inclusion in your live conference. All presentations and polling questions that you have access to on your Conferencing Hub are available automatically, but files, registrations, and evaluations must be selected during the scheduling process. As a further note, the settings that control this are set at the Conferencing Hub level, and this statement may not be true for all Conferencing Hubs.
