Zip Conferencing has a monthly billing cycle. If you select a Monthly Minute Plan you will be charged in advance for the billing cycle and at the end of the billing cycle for any overage charges. Pay-as-You-Go customers are charged at the end of the billing cycle for all charges.
Credit card customer's invoices are automatically processed for their monthly invoice payment to the credit card on record. Company check customers are emailed their invoice and mail in a check. All payments for Zip Conferencing are processed through the secure VeriSign system.
Standard payment for all charges shall be "Net 20 Days from Date of Invoice." Payment is required in US Dollars in the form of company check or major credit card. Zip Conferencing shall have the right to impose a late payment charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (18% per annum) or the rate prescribed by law, whichever is lower, calculated from the past due date.
