The Recording option in Web Conferencing allows you to record a Web and Audio conference, an Audio conference or a Web Conference alone. To start recording you simply click the Record button in the Web Conferencing toolbar. The recording options pop-up window will display allowing you to choose which parts of the web conference or audio conference you want to record.
Use the following procedure to record a Web and audio meeting.
: Recording a Web and Audio Meeting
1. Click the Record button from the Web Conferencing toolbar. The Recording Options window opens.

Select the Both Web and Audio option and then click the Record button. This will start recording all Web events in your Web Conferencing browser as well as dial out to have a recorder join your audio meeting.

You may pause and resume recording by clicking the Pause button and then the Resume button. When you pause the recording of a Web and audio meeting, the recorder leaves the meeting. When you resume recording, the recorder is dialed out to again. This creates multiple audio meeting recordings but also is synchronized to the recorded Web meeting session.

To stop recording and end the recording session, click the Stop button from the Recording Options window.

· If you wish to record the meeting using the Web controls, do not use the star meeting controls from your telephone to initiate the recording. Once this is done, you will not be able to record from the Web Conferencing toolbar and only the audio will be recorded.
If you choose to only record the Web or Audio portion of the confernece call you would follow the same procedure but only select which portion of the call you want to record.
