The Zip Conferencing Web Conferencing service is fully integrated with our audio conferencing service.  The reservation detail you generate when you schedule a web conference provides both the link to join the web conference and the details for the audio conference.

Also, when you and your participants join the web conference the system will ask you if you would like the system to dial out to you so you can join the call.  Simply add your phone number and press connect me and the system will dial out to you.  When your phone rings the system will ask you to press 1 to confirm and you will be joined into the conference call.  Or you can dial in like any other conference call and be connected.

As leader of the Web Conference you can also control many aspects of the conference call from within the web conference interface.  You can control the volume, mute and unmute of the participants and even dismiss a participant from the conference call if desired.  You can also tell which participant is actively speaking as indicated by an icon within the interface.  You can also control other aspects of the conference call like recording the conference or locking the conference.  When you lock a conference call no other participants can join the call.
