Edit and Delete Evaluation Questions

Before editing an existing question, you should ensure that it is not required for use in any templates. If other Conferencing Hub users have been granted permission to view this question, it could be in use in one of their templates.

To edit an existing question, click the question's Edit link. This opens the Edit Question page which is similar to page used to create the question. Make any necessary changes to the question format, question text, and permissions. For multiple-choice questions, you can also edit the answer choices. When editing answer choices, previously created choices can be removed using the Remove button that is provided.

Before deleting an existing question, you should ensure that it is not required for use in any templates. If other Conferencing Hub users have been granted permission to view this question, it could be in use in one of their templates.

To delete an existing question, click the question's Delete link. A confirmation dialog box opens.

To confirm that you want to delete the question, click the OK button. To return to the question list without deleting the question, click the Cancel button.

You can also delete questions that appear in your list that you do not own. These questions are ones that have been shared with you by another owner. Deleting one of these questions only removes it from your list and does not delete the question for anyone else.

To delete an existing question that you do not own, click the question's Delete link. A different confirmation dialog box opens.

To confirm that you want to remove this question from the list, click the OK button. To return to the question list without removing this question, click the Cancel button.
