Before editing an existing presentation, you should ensure that it is not required for use in any conferences. If other Conferencing Hub users have been granted permission to view this presentation, it could be scheduled for use in one of their conferences.
To edit an existing presentation, click the presentation's Edit link. This opens the Edit Presentation page which is similar to page used to add the presentation. Make any necessary changes to the title, description, and permissions. Use the Select button to upload a different presentation file.

ยท If you have changes to make to the slides in a presentation that has already been uploaded, use this editing method to replace the old presentation file with the corrected one in the Conferencing Hub. Future conferences that had been scheduled to use this presentation will receive the corrected version when the live conference occurs. Because of this, you may need to alert other Conferencing Hub users that you have changed the presentation file.
If your presentation has links to other files or additional files embedded within it, you will need to make sure that all of these additional files are included as part of the uploaded presentation. If you are uploading a presentation from which you removed or changed linked or embedded files, you will need to ensure that the correct files are included as part of the uploaded presentation.
