To edit the Company ID, Hub, User Type, or Purchase Order/Cost Center that your Conferencing Hub account is assigned to on the My Profile page, use the following procedure.

ยท Moderators cannot change any of the information contained within this section of the My Profile page. Administrators can change some of this information, but the options presented to them depend on their user type.
: Editing Your Profile's Account Details
1. Click the My Profile link. The My Profile page opens.
2. Click the Edit button located on the right of the section heading. The Edit My Profile page opens.
3. To change your Company, Hub, or User Type, select the appropriate value(s) from the drop-down list(s) provided. The Bill To ID field cannot be edited. A Purchase Order/Cost Center number can be added or changed.
4. Move to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to save the information and return to the My Profile page.
