Before deleting an existing file, you should ensure that it is not required for use in any conferences. If other Conferencing Hub users have been granted permission to view this file, it could be attached to one of their conferences.

To delete an existing file, click the file's Delete link. A confirmation dialog box opens.

To confirm that you want to delete the file, click the OK button. To return to the file list without deleting the file, click the Cancel button.

You can also delete files that appear in your list that you do not own. These files are ones that have been shared with you by another owner. Deleting one of these files only removes it from your list and does not delete the file for anyone else.

To delete an existing file that you do not own, click the file's Delete link. A different confirmation dialog box opens.

To confirm that you want to remove this file from the list, click the OK button. To return to the file list without removing this file, click the Cancel button.
