Deleting an upcoming scheduled conference removes it from the Conferencing Hub and causes it to be cancelled. To delete a scheduled conference, navigate to the Conferences page, find the conference to be deleted, and click the Delete link in the Actions column for that conference.
After clicking Delete, you are asked to confirm the deletion, and to indicate whether or not you would like to notify your presenters and attendees of the cancellation. If you choose to notify, conference presenters and attendees will receive an email message informing them that the conference has been cancelled.
! Note:
· If the conference is upcoming, but it has been accessed, even by a presenter practicing ahead of time, it cannot be deleted.
· Completed conferences cannot be deleted.
