You can quickly and easily create a conference based on the details and customizations of an upcoming, in-progress, or completed conference. To do so, navigate to the Conferences page, find the conference to copy, and click the Copy link in the Actions column for the conference. After you have created the copy, you can then edit it to change the necessary information, such as the date and time, the attendee list, the registration and evaluation forms, and so on. You should also change the Conference Title. By default, it will be named "Copy of [original title]."
Example:
If you would like to run identical conferences with two different groups of attendees, you can create one, and then click the Copy link to create a second conference. The new conference will appear in the list of conferences. You can then edit the necessary information of the duplicate conference.
Creating a duplicate conference in this manner has no effect on the original conference.
The owner of the copied conference is the user who copied it, not the owner of the original conference.
N Warning
ยท Be careful with the attendee and additional presenter lists of copied conferences. The originally invited attendees and presenters are included automatically. If you do not want these people invited to the copied conference, you will need to remove them manually when editing the copied conference. This does not apply if you used Outlook to invite attendees and presenters to the original conference.
If presenter material or attendee questions are attached to the conference, you will see an option in the following sections to keep the existing material.

In each case, you can choose to accept this option, or choose from any of the other options that are available to you. These are the same options that are available during scheduling.
