Press *8 to decrease the volume of your own voice within the conference. Since you cannot hear your own voice within the conference, the need to use this command usually arises when other conference participants report your voice being too loud. This is an incremental control, so you may need to press *8 multiple times to decrease your voice volume to a level that is acceptable others.
