The Completed Conferences report provides a good overview of all of the conferences that have occurred on you Conferencing Hub, and provides detailed information regarding those conferences through the drill-down links available within the report.
N Warning:
· The data shown within the reports in the Conferencing Hub do not necessarily reflect billing data. For billing information and reports, you will need to access the Billing Center, which is available from the My Account page of the web site.
· Audio information from conferences is not available for reports until 24 hours after the conference has ended.

The Completed Conferences report shows the following information for each conference within the report:
· Conference Start Date and Time
· Conference Name
· Moderator Name
· Conference Type (Web, Audio, or Web and Audio)
· Billing Code
· Duration of Conference in Minutes
· Number of Participant Minutes in the Conference
· Number of Invitees
· Number of Participants
· Number of Registrations for Web conferences with registrations
· Number of Evaluations for Web conferences with evaluations
· Number of Recordings for recorded Web conferences
The last page of the report also shows the following information for all conferences listed within the report:
· Web Totals and Averages:
· Total Number of Web Conferences
· Total and Average Number of Web Conference Minutes (Duration)
· Total and Average Number of Web Participant Minutes
· Total and Average Number of Web Invitees
· Total and Average Number of Web Participants
· Total and Average Number of Web Conference Registrations
· Total and Average Number of Web Conference Evaluations
· Total and Average Number of Web Conference Recordings
