Using the Conferencing Hub you can control a number of options in your conference call giving you the ability to customize the way your conference calls work. After you log into the conferencing Hub search for the Moderator whose conference call you would like to customize. When you find the Moderator go to the conference and click on Edit. Under Advanced Options open up the Conference Options by clicking on the + sign. You will see that you have the ability to control a number of options for the conference call.
- Entry/Exit tones for participants
- Music on Hold
- Additional Security Features
- Enable Billing Code feature
- Abort conference call with no Moderator
- End conference call when Moderator exits
- Record participant names for name announcement
- Roll Call for Moderator
- Post conference call report
- Client Matter number registration
Next to each of these features in the Conference Options area is a question mark which if you hover over it contains an explanation of each of the features.
