If you have joined the web meeting, you can have the audio meeting call your phone and join you to the audio meeting. When this is done, your web presence and your audio presence in the Side Menu's Participant List are a automatically merged together. You also have the option of having the audio meeting call you when you join a meeting. The audio dial out feature on your account must be enabled. To have the audio meeting call your phone from Web Conferencing, use one of the following procedures:
: Using the Connect Me feature when joining a meeting

When you first join the meeting, enter your phone number and extension (Ext.) in the provided area and click on the Connect Me button.

Your phone will ring, and when you answer it, you will hear prompts to join the audio meeting.
: Using the Connect Me feature in the side menu from the Me Module

Move your mouse over your name in the side menu.

Click the gear icon next to your name and select Connect Me.

Enter your Phone Number and extension (Ext.) in the fields provided, and then click Connect Me.

Your phone will ring, and when you answer it, you will hear prompts to join the audio meeting.

Once you have entered the audio meeting, a phone icon will appear beside your name in the Participants list. This indicates that your web presence and audio presence are merged together in the meeting.
