Administrators of the Conferencing Hub have the ability to upload a company logo for use in both the Conferencing Hub and in their live conference window, as well as to choose a specific color scheme from eleven different schemes for their Conferencing Hub.
The Branding Tools page allows you to set a color scheme for your Conferencing Hub, as well as upload logos for both the Conferencing Hub and the Live Conference window. The Branding Tools page can only be accessed by administrators.
: Choosing a Branding Scheme
1. Log into your Conferencing Hub.
2. Select Hub Branding from the Administration menu. The Branding Tools page opens:
3. To change your color scheme, select a new color from the provided list. You can click on the Preview button see how your change will look.
4. A new window will open showing you what your Conferencing Hub will look like with the new color scheme.
5. Once you have decided on a color scheme, click the Save button located below the color selection list.
: Uploading Logos to the Conferencing Hub and Live Conference Window
1. In the center section of the branding page, you can change the logo to be displayed on your Conferencing Hub. Use the Browse button to locate the logo to be placed in the upper left corner of the Conferencing Hub.
! Note:
· The logo used for your Conferencing Hub must NOT exceed 150 pixels in width and 60 pixels in height.
· The logo must be in either .GIF or .JPG format.
2. Once you have located the logo to be placed on your Conferencing Hub, you may either click the Preview button beneath that section to see what it will look like or click Save to save your changes.
3. In the right section of the branding page, you can change the logo to be displayed on your Live Conference Window. Use the Browse button to locate the logo to be placed in the upper left corner of the Live Conference Window.
! Note:
· The logo used for your Live Conference Window must NOT exceed 150 pixels in width and 38 pixels in height.
· The logo must be in either .GIF or .JPG format.
4. After selecting the image that you would like to use in your Live Conference Window, you can either click the Preview button in that section to see the image in the Live Conference Window or click the Save button located near the top of the page.
5. Once you have completed and saved your changes to the hub branding, click on the exit button to be returned to the Conferencing Hub Home page.
