The Recordings page provides a list of all public and private conferences available on your Conferencing Hub. Recordings expire after 30 days, but you can order additional time for a recording to extend the expiration date. Recordings that have expired do not appear in this list.

! Note:

·        After a recording has been expired for five days, it is purged from the system and cannot be restored to the Conferencing Hub.

To access the Recordings page, select Find a Recording from the Conferences menu.

The Recordings page shows a list of recordings with the following information about each one:

·        Public or Private indicator

·        Date and Time of conference

·        Duration

·        Type (Web, Audio, or both)

·        Recorded Conference name (and part if multiple parts)

·        Owner

·        Days Remaining (until expiration)

·        Times Viewed

·        An Invite link

·   An Actions column which contains links to Edit, Delete, or Extend for a conference.

The recording list can be sorted by the Date/Time, Duration, Recorded Conference Name, Owner, Days Remaining, or Times Viewed. To do this, click the name of the column heading by which you would like the list sorted. The list will refresh.

! Note:

·        If you sort by the Recorded Conference column, untitled audio-only recordings will be shown as 'Phone Conference' and displayed first or last, depending on your sort direction.

There are a number of actions you can take from the Recordings page, many of which are also available from the Recording Details page
