There are a number of different reports available to moderators and various administrators on the Conferencing Hub. Many of these reports are accessed by drilling down into other reports.
N Warning:
· The data shown within the reports in the Conferencing Hub do not necessarily reflect billing data. For billing information and reports, you will need to access the Billing Center, which is available from My Account on the web site.
· Audio information from conferences is not available for reports until 24 hours after the conference has ended.
To access the list of reports available in the Conferencing Hub, select the desired option from the Reporting menu on the navigation bar. Alternatively, you can click the Reporting option itself to open the Reporting landing page, which shows the list of reports.
List of Reports
Reports are presented as a table of data, with total summary information appearing at the bottom of the table. Data that appears within the table as a hyperlink is a clickable drill-down link to another report that shows more detailed information about that data. Search and other reporting-related tools are provided above the report table
