What's New


International Number Change Extended to March 16th - Some of you are still using the old international dial in access numbers so we have extended their availability to March 16th.  The upgrade to the International call system has taken place and the new worldwide call in access numbers are active. You can begin using these new dial in numbers immediately.  As a reminder your US access numbers and pass codes did not change.  Both the new and old international access numbers will work through March 16th.  After that date only the new access numbers will work.  So please remember to distribute the new information to your international participants before this week if you have not already to avoid any issues.  We appreciate your understanding as we go through this important upgrade to the system.  The benefits to the change include the following:

  • Improved Call Clarity
  • Increased International Access
  • Local Language Prompts and Support

Did You Know?


You can have up to 300 participants on a single conference call?

That's right, our system allows you to have up to 300 participants on a single conference call.  And you can use the same information you use for any other conference call.  To make your larger conference call successful we suggest a few adjustments to the way you run your call.  First, you want to have your participants listen to music until the Moderator joins.  This option is the music on hold option in conference options.  You will also want to mute all participants when you join the call.  Both of these options will eliminate any noise from interfering with your call.  Conference options are located in the audio account conference options on your conferencing Hub.

FAQ of the Month


How do I update my credit card information?

Right now, the only way to update your credit card information is to speak to a representative who has access to the billing system.  These representatives are available M - F between the hours of 9 - 5 EST and can be reached by calling our toll free number, 866-704-2451 and pressing option 1.  Shortly we will be providing the ability to update your information online.  You will hear more about this and other account access enhancements in the coming newsletters.
