International Conference Call Number Change - The upgrade to the International call system has taken place and the new worldwide call in access numbers are active. You can begin using these new dial in numbers immediately.  If you use our International Conference Call service you should have also received an email explaining the change in detail.  And you also should have received a new email confirmation of your international call information which contains all of the new access numbers associated with your reservation.  As a reminder your US access numbers and pass codes did not change.  Both the new and old international access numbers will work through February 29th.  After that date only the new access numbers will work.  So please remember to distribute the new information to your international participants before February 29th to avoid any issues.  We appreciate your understanding as we go through this important upgrade to the system.  The benefits to the change include the following:


  • Improved Call Clarity
  • Increased International Access
  • Local Language Prompts and Support

Did You Know?

 

You can download a tool so you can schedule conference calls through Outlook.

That's right,we now have a tool that makes it simple to schedule conference calls and invite participants.  Our Outlook toolbar allows you to incorporate your conference call details into Outlook so you can use your calendar to schedule upcoming meetings.  After you choose the date and time you can invite participants by simply selecting them from your contacts.  The meetings then become part of your calendar and include all of the information you need to join the meeting.  You can download the toolbar from within your conferencing Hub by clicking on the link on the left side on your home page labeled "Outlook toolbar" after you log in.

How do participants in other countries access my conference call?

There are several ways that participants in other countries can join your conference call.  With every conference call reservation you get a toll number that is accessible from anywhere in the world.  The participants, however, will have to pay toll charges to call into the US to access the number.  We also have local access numbers in major cities around the world your participants can access.  They only pay to call that city which in many cases is free for them and you pay the charges to get them on the call from that city.  And lastly we also have international toll free numbers you can provide your participants.  This is very convenient but also the most expensive option.
