Did You Know?


You can add as many Moderators to your account as you need?

That's right, it is easy to add Moderators to your account and you can add as many as you need for your company.  That way if more than one person needs to do a conference call at the same time there will be no conflicts.  Just log into conferencing Hub and go to the Adminstration tab and Moderator Management/Add a Moderator.  Simply add the name, email and phone number of the new Moderator and they will receive a confirmation email with their conference information.  For more information on ading Moderators to your account click here

FAQ of the Month


Can I see my conference call details before I get the invoice?

With Zip Conferencing, you can access your account online and view all of your completed conference calls in the last 180 days.  You can even drill down into the details of the call and see the participants, the number they dialed in from and additional billing details.  You can run these reports any time during the month so that you may stay in touch with your usage.  Simply log into your conferencing Hub and click on the Reports tab.
